Sapele Wood Veneer, Flat Cut, Half Round, Quartered, Rift Cut, Rotary Cut, Dark Red. Sapele ranges in hues from log to log but is generally medium to dark red-brown. Its finishing carries out an extraordinary depth of highlights and colors its natural luster, which is alike to mahogany. This veneer has a beautiful grain, a unique and pleasing streak formation, and usually carries an energetic figure. Flat cut Sapele gives the specific cathedral or heart grain. The hugely prized Pommele Sapele strongly marked with a swirly grain and randomly interlinked blisters. The high quality of radiance gives it a 3d effect.
